Established in 2013, Lloyd-James was the first sales and marketing brokerage dedicated to supporting plant-based food manufacturers to get their products onto grocery store shelves and into customers’ baskets repeatedly.

Why the Name?

Many people ask us: why the name? Or think that we sell shoes, purses or banking services. In  1946, Lloyd Rogers, a High School Principal that valued hard work and discipline, and his wife Mary Rogers had their first son, James, who became one of 14 children. In 1973, James started a world-leading financial services business, guided by integrity, persistence and innovative marketing.

In 2013, Jordan created Lloyd-James as a nod to his grandfather Lloyd’s strong work ethic, and his dad James’ commitment to integrity and expertise in dealing with his clients. Jordan understands the responsibility of his organization to practice the same principles.

Paula Garcia

As Sales Support Coordinator, Paula draws from her experience in the CPG space to provide vendor brands with the comfort that all onboarding, listings and new product information forms will be done right- the first time.

Paula is a vital link between the Lloyd- James Marketing and Sales Divisions,  and coupled with her attention to detail along with her “can do” attitude ensures that Lloyd- James is able to quickly capitalize on all new listing opportunities for their manufactures and distributors.

Jordan Rogers

Passionate, gritty and persistence are actions that Jordan lives on a daily basis. With over 12 years in the food business, working for large CPG companies and Distributors, Jordan understands how to effectively act on the sales cycle ensuring placement, repeat orders, and targeted ROI for his clients.

Bronwyn Wilson

Since 2014, Bronwyn Wilson has been a valuable member of the Lloyd-James team. Having taken on many roles in the company, Bronwyn demonstrates a work ethic, hustle and proactive attitude in helping clients products gain exposure in the marketplace.

As the Demo Coordinator, Bronwyn manages a large team of brand ambassadors and effectively communicates to demo teams and clients ensuring that each trade/consumer show and product demonstrations are executed efficiently, maximising client ROI.
